FILM and music's bright young things congregated at the Gibson Amphitheatre in LA last night for the Teen Choice Awards, where vampires were the night's biggest hit - the Twilight Saga scooped 11 awards, while TV's The Vampire Diaries earned seven awards.

Katy Perry hosted the evening and appeared as a goth, a cheerleader, a geek and a prom queen during the proceedings.
On the red carpet, the casts of Glee, Gossip Girl and Twilight impressed us with their style choices: Lea Michele in Naeem Khan, Leighton Meester in Preen and Ashley Greene in Valentino were all on top fashion form.
LWDs were a favourite choice in the LA heat - Cat Deeley in Preen, Leighton Meester and Selena Gomez chose to wear the summery shade - as were shorter-than-short hemlines seen on Megan Fox, Kristen Bell, Emma Robers and just about everyone else.
